Faux Fur Fashion in Kagurazaka

Welcome to my first fashion-centric post on Terminal Trend!  If you’ve read my little intro bio, you’ll know that I work in the fashion industry – specifically with my own jewelry brand Rkt.  Fashion is something I’ve always been interested in, but have only recently really branched out to explore for myself (I grew up as a little goth/punk rock kid…so my options were kinda limited/specific).   As I travel, I also take the opportunity to seek out local fashion brands, and I try to buy a new piece of clothing in every destination I visit.  I’ll make a separate post soon showing off pieces I’ve picked up.

With my new foray in to the fashion world, I’ve also started dipping my toes back in to the world of modeling.  I was fortunate enough earlier this summer to have the amazing photographer Alan Yee reach out to me to shoot while he was visiting town with fellow photographer Igorovmx and their stylist Vi.

We shot in the streets of Kagurazaka, a super cute neighborhood in the heart of Tokyo.  Kagurazaka is a great place to go if you want to see an almost Parisienne side of Tokyo.  Cafes line quaint alleyways, French bistros beckon, and the lovely cafe along the Canal offers the perfect spot for a romantic drink.
